Dreamcast Sega EMU NEED ONE PLEASE

Can someone give me a full tutorial on how to make a sega emu cd for the DC, i have all the software, just need the emulator/ with roms preferably. ok lets see , i tryed one called DCSMS or something like that, gpdc dorsgj1ksc genplusdc and more only one i got to work was i think the dorsgj1ksc, but it was ridiculously laggy. Can someone help me please i researched so much these past 3 days and wasted 20 disks, only 1 worked and that was the DreamSnes which only took 4 trys as the sega emu im trying to get took over 10 trys and not one worked besides that one. i did get one to turn on and show a list of games but they never played them it was the Sega mastersystem one. Please help me thanks.

With ROM's, I would not be able to help you... Why? Breaching the site rules (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/announcement.php?f=46&a=4), which is a big NO.

Also there is no working Sega CD emu for the DC, just megadrive.

Thanks vampdude! ill definitely check it out when my disk drive gets fixed, stopped reading cd-r's!! oh and sorry for breaking the rules and dark savior thanks for that but, i think its megadrive, is that one of the first ones that says 16-32bit on the top of it?
