why is the eloader only on GTA? i know the downgrader is on it because of something to do with kernal acsess.

theres a savedata hack. GTA thinks its a savedata, but its actually eloader :)

but why cant it be made for another game?

because the part of GTA that controls savedata and stuff was hacked. they found a "backdoor"
coders are looking for these in other games, but so far, nothing
