Well i'm not too much in to the whole audio scene, so i don't know too much about this but...

Is it possible to play Dolby Pro Logic 2 Sounds on dreamcast..

http://www.practical-home-theater-guide.com/image-files/dolby-pro-logicii.jpg

i saw this picture and it pretty much sounds like:
The Audio is encoded by a computer or whatever, and 5.1 audio is now a stereo sound...

The Audio is Played back on the Dreamcast, sent to a Dolby Pro-logic Receiver,

and the Receiver decodes and plays the audio in 5.1 surround...

it looks like the sound could be any format (OGG, MP3,CDDA) as long as its mixed in Dolby Pro-logic

Correct me if i'm wrong... but if i'm not, that would be a cool thing to play around with...

It's possible (I think?), because back when the Dreamcast was on the market a few companies were marketing on the PS2 and Dreamcast outing Dolby with surround sound.
