Specific question 2.5 FW

I am not so sure about the 2.5 dwgrdr procedure when it comes to the 2.5/2.6 part.
here is what it says in the README file:
"Copy the folder the DOWNGRADER/2.50/DOWNDATERTEST if you have 2.50" <<end>> or idem for 2.6
so do i have to create a folder/2.5/foldertest??
because within the zip/rar file downloaded from pspupdate wbsite (down final)there is "<scr-1.50 helper- and eboot>" folders.what am i supposed to do with the folder scr?
pardon me but it is the really 1st step that i dont really get + the folder not mentioned and found in the rar file

the one found via the pspupdate website link with password thingy to unrar.i dunno want to mees round really + about the first step for 2.5 part do i have to create that folder?

ok, then you just copy the downdater test folder to the game folder in your mem stick

ok so basically i copy into the GAME folder the files obtain from the 1.5? sorry but im lost....

no, when you open the .rar, you go into where it says 2.5, and copy the downdater folder into the game folder in your memory stick.

well there is no 2.5 folder as there << 1.5 helper-dondater final auto eboot-src>> + 2 doc files
which one should i copy into GAME folder? do i have then to create a specific folder or just crtlc ctrlv?onto 2.5 MS...sorry just get now confused! :)

i think what your confused about is the firmware dump. you need someonme with 1.5 to extract the files from a 1.5 firmware update.

i understand the 1st part procedure (1.5)
i do understand the next steps of the 2nd part but where i am confused is well i copy what 1st into the GAME folder(is it the folder itself or the file) and then what should i add from this rar file to the root menu
folder are: 1.50 helper
src and DOWnDATER FINAL AUTO EBOOT

but i get from psphack the same file
but there is then a weird pb!
pspupdate has only 1 file with 3 folders , meanwhile psphack has 5 folders within the rar
how starnge is that , while they give the same step by step
any clues why ????

i have no idea......but just use the .rar i sent u, and follow my directions i sent with it. very simple. now just tell me how you are confused with my directions

weel just downloaded an easy downgrader with a lovely voice and step by step -----> psp 1.5 is in my hands now! :) youpi!
