DSOrganize Homebrew database corrupt CF card?

Ok, well i was downloading some things through the homebrew database on DSorganize, i had just got finished downloading the Brain Age Demo (i doubt it would work on my GBAMP, but whatever) and then wheni went to try to launch it, everything on my card was gone!

When i put it in my PC, there we two files, one was hidden and was not and they were both just made up of symbols, anyone else had this happen?

well, i renamed a file with DSorganize on my SD card, and it did the same shit, erasing all of my games, music, gamesaves, movies, porn and such. but, i had to format my card anyways, b/c i was being told that 483MB of my 512 MB card were being used. but, ive restored most of my files, except for the lost gamesaves.
