I've been messing with my PSP emulation for a while now and I got the idea today to get some Mega Man games to try and emulate on the PSP (own the Snes originals) but I loaded them up (In SNES9X?) and they are all messed up. I think it said the Loadram was bad? The only way I can describe it is that the background was good and I could move but there were no sprites of enemies or mega man. Any idea what is going on? Thanks for your help.

I love how you can take a screenshot in game and have that show up when your highlighting the game on the games list :)

Oh hey I have one more question. I was toying with the emulator and it has some slowdown, like on games like Donkey Kong and Mega Man when the action gets really hectic. Are there any settings I can change to make it go faster?

Edit: And while I'm at it, what is the best GBA Emulator. Currently I am using VBA boy? Something like that. If there is a better one let me know.

Yes, Frameskip. Set that to 1 or 2 tops (otherwise it gets choppy). I usually set it to 1 while playing Donkey Kong Country ;)

No I adore the links. Don't ever stop!

Edit: Oh and the emulator is working great, amazing in fact, how in the world was I using the other one? Mega Man was just a matter of getting past the first stage and I'll have to try Donkey Kong.

Ok, new problem. I have been playing and enjoying Mega Man X3 on my PSP. It has some funky things it does, first off when I load a safe state there is no sound. That is easily remedied by just going back into the emulator menu and then going back to the game. But now I'm on one of the last levels and when I beat one of the eight bosses the game just sits there and I can't get back into the emulator menu. I think the emulator crashes. I tried turning off the sound and making one frame skip to see if it goes past this problem but nothing is working. Any ideas? Thanks.

I figured it out. The emulator is "thinking", it thinks for about 30 seconds to two minutes but it goes. Nevermind. Thanks anyways.

So actually two more things. First off, are there new versions of this emulator coming out? I mean its great but there are definately still some speed issues. Second I have this issue that when I load up a game state the sound doesn't play. Sometimes I can go to the emulator menu and then go back to the game and it plays. But other times it doesn't. I have looked at the sound thing in the emulator and it is set to emulate and output but that doesn't matter. Any idea what the problem is? Thanks.
