Btw, if you have the rom, you can use Daedalus PSP (a Nintendo 64 emulator for PSP) to run Mario Kart 64 partially, but warning: it will NOT run like it does on the N64.

That's why we're telling him to use the SNES emu. We don't want him to get his hopes too high for now. The day will come when full (or close to full) speed N64 emulation with no qraphical glitches will come! :D

where you put the ROM or the frameskip. just go to the snes emulators menu and you should see frameskip in the settings area. set that to 1 ;)

i have 2.6, using gta loader....snes and gba both run about the same speed....just a tad too slow for me to comfortably play most games, even with frameskip set to 1 or 2....super mario world works great...B.O.B.....zombies ate my neighbors...some others..but games like mario kart and chrono trigger just arent up to par just yet IMO....

keep in mind this is just for 2.0+ because of lack of kernal/media engine on snes program.

1. no there is no such thing as legally downloading roms
2. the only legal way to play the game is to back it up
3.isoing is different because if you download a iso its from a disk game..

thats why isos are frowned upon they are on recent consoles (psp, ps2 xbox), the only isos people download really with out people absoultly freaking are ps1 games..
