If we can almost emulate the N64 on PSP, how come no one has tried to really emulate PSX on it? I know nothing about coding, but I personally think it would be quite simple, but then again, I have no idea.

It does. They just wont show a video of it after the devhook lawsuits. They already said it would run commercial games in their post.

Well the DC could run Playstation games using Bleemcast, so Playstation emulation on the PSP is more than doable.

Yeah there are two in works right now. That is if one isn't proven a hoax. Can't say much more on the subject.

well... i remember when guys on this site said it couldnt be done. and now Sony's doin it themselves.

I really hope the homebrew one isn't a fake.....
becuase it simply isn't fair that people who already own several ps1 games (like me) have to pay for them again to use them with the Sony ps1 emu.

i think im goin to go to my local import shop (gforce) to see if they still have the sealed copys of ff8 to play with the emu ive already bought 7 to play + mgs and resident evil:D

if your talking about the homebrew one that was posted on the forums before, with the video on youtube then its a fake, the makers of that also had videos of....xbox 360 emulators on psp, so im pretty sure they are bs'ing the ps1 emu.

So this means there's a Yoshihiro PSone emulator, a youtube guy PSone emulator, and a Sony emulator. Which one do you guys think will have the best features/compatability, OR do you think someone else will come in and steal the show.
