M3 firmware update

I'm trying to find the firmware update for my M3 SD version and I went to the official M3 site but it doesn't work. Can someone please send it to me.

I cannot find it either(a working download atleast) and I would not know what to do with it and how to install it If I did.

This forum (and the topic I'm linking to in particular) always has the most recent firmware and GameManager updates and links to them. No, you don't need to register.

I post at the m3 forum, and they linked to the new firmware when it came out. But the link got messed up somehow after a few hours, so I came here and even someone else had to ask.
