I want to get this straight before I ultimately decide on either an M3 mini sd or the M3 Lite.

The M3 mini sd 3rd generation is top loading, correct? (Meaning you don't have to remove the unit itself, just the memory card).

The M3 Lite is side loading, meaning you have to remove the unit?

Also, was a CF back top loading ever produced?

Thanks for the help.

Yes the Mini SD M3 has fits the SD card in the top, so you dont have to remove the cart. But if you have a DS Lite it will stick out.

M3 Lite has the card coming out the side (unless it changes from its protos, but that is unlikely) so you have to remove the cart to get to the SD card, but wont stick out of your DS Lite, and wont fit into your phat DS

And i've never seen the M3 CF with a SD slot at the top, if it were released, its not the common one you find, that would be side slot.

Thanks for the response. Guess I might wait and see how people are liking their M3 lites once they get them.

Another issue might be the speed of micro sd cards.
