No, sorry, the Nintendo 3DS is not coming out this year in Japan. The date announced at the press conference is February 26, 2011. The price is 25,000 yen ($300).
In addition to the handheld, you get a 2GB SD card.
Update: Famitsu’s liveblog says the system will be available in two colors in Japan, aqua blue and cool black. Overseas colors will be announced soon.
