Mario and the Mushroom Kingdom will hit the courts on November 25 when Mario Sports Mix arrives on Wii. What’s in the mix? Hockey, volleyball, basketball, and dodgeball. The developer may surprise you, it’s Square Enix. They also did Mario Hoops 3-on-3 for the Nintendo DS and Mario Sports Mix’s basketball game appears to based on it.
The box art notes Mario Sports Mix has Nintendo Wi-Fi support, perhaps for online play.
Nintendo announced Mario Sports Mix for North America at E3, but haven’t set a date. The game popped up in Australia’s Classification’s Board not too long ago, so a Western release may not be too far away.
