need help with PC-9801 Emulator

well i downloaded the latest emulator for the psp and it only came with the elf and i know i need another folder named the same thing but with a % after the name so any help yo guys can offer i would so love thanks

Get yourself SeiPSPTool, its a program that will create a duplicate eboot file w/ % file. This is what boots the emulator. It is very user friendly and the easiest PSP tool that I know of. You will need it for other emulators that you find and wish to install on the PSP. Either Google it or it might be on this site. Take care;)

you can't make a 1.5 format eboot out of that, since it's not even an eboot

ok now i got it to work and boot it lol now another prob im trying to play the farland story games on it but the text of the menus dont show up i got the tranlated games of it any help would be nice
