well i am broke i just pitched for a good game so im broke i dont have a gta lib. can i still use e loader?:confused:

no, what i would do if i were u is go rent gta:lcs and downgrade...there's devhook so u can have 1.5 fw and 2.71 fw(emulated) and 1.5 runs everything from the XMB so no game is required, hope this helps :D

the GAME folder in ur PSP folder, 2.6 users use the 1.0 versions of emus and apps just to let u know
