I can't seem to find this thing, if anyone can help me out, please PM me.

I downloaded NeoCDPSP 0.5, followed all the intructions and the necessary files, but I still get a "Could not open IPL.TXT!" message.

ARE U TRYING TO FIND THE BIN FILE

BRAINKILLER'S ARCADE EMUNEWS
GET THE FILE

THEN UNZIP AND PLACE THE FILE IN TO THE NCDZPSP
FOLDER AND MAKE SURE THE FIRST GAME U PLAY IS REAL BOUT FATAL FURY

They are all NEOCD.BIN. No NEOGEOCD.BIN.

It's odd because, the emu. is asking for NEOCD.BIN.

But now it's processing the IPL.txt errors.
