Is there a program that can copy a movie off a fake dvd (not genuine copy of movie) to the computer and then converting it so it can be played on the psp?

PSP Movie Creator is good, but PSP Video 9 is free.

I now use psp video 9
used to have some problems with it but video_freak helped me and problem solved
