Importing a psp from Lik Sang

Heya all first just like to say this forum is wkd bo!
i have a couple of questions that i really need the awnsers to and cant seem to get a solid awnser anywhere guess everyone is busy playing on the psp lol!.
1. if i import a psp from lik sang what are the instructions to change it from japanese to english?
2. is there a pre order for lik sang i seem to get that feeling when people are talking about it?
3. can anyone advise me the best and safest place to get it please

There's a site in the U.S. called www.chaseandcompany.net that has the units on hand. Just send them an email and they'll give you a quote on shipping world wide, and they're cheaper than Lik-Sang. The only drawback is they only accept PayPal or Moneybookers.com

Only downfall to buying from abroad is one getting charged by customs and also if any problems arise.
