Yeah, Come on people!
I would love to know how to change the start-up sounds and images for both starting up and loading a UMD/homebrew. Please provide a step-by-step.

if you want to change the gameboot all you got to do is go into the dh folder in your psp then into flash 0 then into vsh then into resources and you can swap the gameboot for your own one that must be named gameboot as for wallpapers i think they can be changed by going to the same place and changing the pictures 1-12 with 300 by 170 pictures that you put in thewy must be a number from 1-12 and they have to be bit map images.

somone correct me if im wrong :p

I've gotten gameboots, bootsounds, custom month backgrounds and custom fonts to work in devhook, so it is possible.

Yes hes right. I got a custom font to work on 2.7.
Just find the files and replace them. It sure does work.

before you use xflash i recommend installing custom firmware or you risk bricking your PSP for good you can find out more information on custom firmware by using google just search custom firmware guide for PSP im sure something will come up but better yet you can search dcemu for a guide if you have trouble just pm me.

Use X flash to dump your firmware 1.5. Then put the flash 0 and flash 1 files in the 150 folder under "dh"

Then put the txt files from devhook "150" back into: dh/150/flash0/kd.

Then you can boot up and test, with 100% safety, X-flash on an emulated firmware 1.50.

good luck.
