PimpStreamer: Stream everywhere?

Hi

I need help with PimpStreamer. I have a wireless router at home and i use my PSP as a bridge from my PC to my stereo. Now that kind of stuff is easy but what i need help with is being able to stream my PC contents anywhere there is a wireless internet connection. How do i do that?

Please could someone explain that to me, i'm good with computers but not with networking stuff...
