ThemePsp Tutorial?

Is there a tutorial to explain from start to finish how to make your own themes. I've looked around but cant find anything. I have the Themepsp creator on my desktop now not put it on my psp yet. Would appreciate the feedback.

The Readme.txt file is prolly the best thing to use.
