yeah apparently google isn't working for me. all I'm getting is .rar and torrent files
and I don't know how to work those >_>

psp.com leads me to a pspmods.com forum

psphacks.net has pretty much old downloads
basically the newest one there is the 2.6 testing downgrader
unless I'm looking in the wrong place
