Sup y'all, long time no see!

I got myself a PSP GO today (fw 5.50!), and I was wondering what's the best way to enjoy playing videos on it.

I haven't played around for a while with homebrew apps (aside from HBL, which I already have installed), but I used to convert movies to .pmp format back in the days.. I don't remember properly why I used to do it, but I suppose it was because these were higher quality than the .mp4?

XviD4PSP was my favorite converter.

So I'm asking:
1# What's the highest quality settings to convert psp movies.

Off-topic:
1# Iso Tool by Takka: http://dl.qj.net/psp/homebrew-applications/iso-tool-v191.html
I just seen this and I wanted to know if this works on my console (PSP GO 5.50fw w/hbl) and allows me to play the old PS games? (srry for the newb question, but I'm new to the GO stuff..)
2# Any good app to stream video using wireless capabilities from the PC? I have used pimpstreamer long time ago, but it was laggy and nowadays probably don't support Go anymore..

Thanks in advance!
