Does anyone know why there isnt a way to play your videos that arnt formatted in MP4, is it just a hardware limitation or is it to hard to do ?

There are homebrew video players that support avi's and mpeg's.

I hate to nag, and this will probly' be a no too, but is there a downgrader for 2.60 which DOESN'T require the UMD for GTA:LCS?

Actually thats not totaly true. There was a app called file assistan im not very sure of the name i know it had a elf tini file inside thats how i differed it. and it plays that tipe of media you cant sip to what you want to watch but it plays it.

its for 2.71 downgrader i think if u upgrade to 2.71 and ur psp isn't Ta-82 it shud be fine,this time u dun ned a GTA:LCS but u ned a pal with a 1.5 psp to help you
