Need to add a noise filter on an NES mod...

I recently did another LED swap on an NES, and even though I'm using a more modern flashing LED (the last attempt was more than 5 years ago,) I still get some audio interference through the speakers while the lights change colors.

Anyone have any input on this? What kind of filter, and where to place it?
