German magazine, Play the PlayStation is starting to make its way to subscribers and once again German fan site, GTAReactor has the news.

According to them, the magazine includes a one page preview, based on the info they got last week at the Leipzig Games Convention. The magazine is said to have info on a new feature in Vice City - and the GTA series - called ''Empire Building'' or ''Building Empire''.

This side mission involves the player to try and gain a partnership into a business and earn an investment of his own. They range from small, to medium-sized, to large businesses. All of this can be done with 30 buildings scattered around Vice City, and you're earnings depend on how much money you've invested. Is this perhaps what they talked about a few weeks ago when they said VCS will feature more interiors than its predecessors?

The side mission, which is almost similar to taking over rackets in the game The GodFather, is quite an interesting and fun addition. I'm sure we'll hear more about this feature very soon.

yeah, i cant wait too! Ya know what guys? The game is friggin 50 United States Dollars!!!! Screw that, i'm not paying an extra 10 dollars for a game thats already been released for the psp with a couple new vehicles, voices, and weapons. Why didn't rockstar do something like Dead Rising?

There is no Vice City for the PSP. It's rather worth it, just like the transition from GTA3 to VC. Big changes to the system.
