Plants vs Zombies Clone iPhone Game 2011
In last year we witness there are a large mod of followers present their PVZ clone games but only a few win the public. Now it is 2011, I want to discuss with PvZ fans what may surprise us among PvZ clone iPhone game.

So far the only outcome PVZ clone iPhone game in 2011 is Digiarty’s Pets War (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/petswar/id424792758?mt=8). I will start this discussion first with it. Follow meJ. Through gamers’ review, Petswar is being listed on the comparison volume with Plants VS Zombie (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/plants-vs-zombies/id350642635?mt=8).

1. Graphics

Both Plants VS Zombie and Pets War’s game graphics are all well polished and detail-readable on iPhone 4, iPod touch 4 retina display. Their stunning picture is the reason you wanted play games on the move in the first place.

2. In-game music, Game control

The soundtrack for Plants vs. Zombies was composed by Laura Shigihara. It borrows elements from the pop music genre, as well as console chiptunes. Apparently there will be no PVZ clone games surpass the original feeling and beats, but Pets War’s background music is also catchy and appealing.

3. Story line and Plots

It seems Plants vs. Zombies does not have a complete story line. While even it does, there is no need to clone them all from computer or console devices onto iPhone iPod touch. As an all iPhone TD game, Pets War needs to produce a whole story which is in the way to get into a meaningful and thoughtful entertainment.

“Plants VS Zombies happens when your neighborhood is being overrun by zombies, and your garden is the last line of defense. You must, over the course of five chapters, fight off the constant waves of zombies trying to enter your home.”

“Pets War outbreaks in Green Kingdom where is a world of peace and prosperity. One day, an evil wizard with a gang of hideous monsters invaded. People got bewitched and lost. The beautiful land was being swallowed up. Green Kingdom was at risk of becoming gloomy wildness. With inborn super power, you survived the spell. The power also endows you with the ability to command an army of pets to fight with you.”

And it is noticeable that both PVZ and its clone game perfectly keep the continuity of story and scenes. For PVZ the battle field expend from lawn, swimming pool, backyard to roof. While for Pets War, the contact happens across farm, meadow, forest, lake and marsh.

4. Features

In Plants vs. Zombies, gamers need to conquer all 50 levels of Adventure mode - through day, night, fog, in a swimming pool, on the rooftop and more! Replay levels in the all-new Quick Play arena. While so far Pets War only provides 30+ levels, and further challenge is still under developing.

Pets War even puts MMORPG features on a TD game. When game players control single kind of pet, like catty or doggy, they can use Shar Pei or Chain Smoker Cat to redouble all pets’ (doggy or catty) attacks. Does it remind you the Vampiric Aura and Brilliance Aura in the WarCraft 3? It is better idea than Touchwood. And the biggest improvement from PVZ to Pets War is the Magic power. This element makes a TD game more exciting and competitive.
