My little brother got a dreamcast awhile ago and it never worked right. It would come up to a screen asking for the time then nothing would happen, the controller doesn't seem to do anything. I don't know if its the console or the controller or what.
I've tried jumping the F1 resistor but that didn't help(the resistor didn't look bad anyway), what else should i try to do to get it working? Or do i need to just buy a new dreamcast?
