Hi, I've got a problem here;

I had my Dreamcast working perfectly with composite video coming from inside of the motherboard (because i haven't got a working cable), but I wanted to do the VGA out mod so I opened it again and soldered all the cables perfectly for making the output.

I closed the dreamcast and before soldering the capacitors and switches outside the case, I powered it up (with component video) for seeing if things were going well, and it didn't show anything!, no sound, no picture, and the gdrom didn't spin, the vmu in the joystick beeped and the led in the dreamcast was on but nothing more, what could have happened? :confused:

I deassembled the dreamcast again and removed all the cables for the VGA mod, and leaved only the ones required for component video and audio, assembled it again, and again: nothing in the screen, no sound, no disc spin. :mad:

I've checked everything, and tested many times, and still no results.

Any idea? or may I have to buy another dreamcast? (here in Uruguay they're not as cheap as in usa :p)

Thanks! :D
