hi

i want to convert mvc2 music files to mp3 track , how to do it ? ( i searched a lot and no luck)

That appears to be MS's new music store format, and I doubt they want anyone converting "their" music (you just rent the music). It will probably be a while yet before anyone cracks the format for converting the tracks.

I had to put -marvel -capcom in my google search terms because Marvel vs Capcom kept popping up for MVC2. If you really mean the ADX files from MvC2, I don't know why you're having any trouble - a simple search on google turns up tons of hits, like this one

Not only that, anything using FFMPEG can both decode and encode CRI ADX format. So you can play/convert your ADX audio using mplayer or similar players. Using mplayer to transcode adx would be like "mplayer -ao mp3 inputfile.adx".
