VSH menu gone

Hey guys, I'm running Neur0n's CFW 6.39 ME-7 on a PSP Fat. Somewhere along the line, I believe when I ran the installer for ME-5, my VSH menu stopped showing up in the XMB.

I tried the UltimateVSHmenu, but it is no longer up to date, and doesn't give me access to all of the ISO modes (so I can run the copy of Modnation Racers I downloaded from the PSN or my UMDs; for some reason they refuse to run on the same mode). Any help is greatly appreciated!

when i had m33 cfw we could do extra stuff in the hidden menus
to find it simply shut down your psp, not standby completly off,
then switch it back on holding down right hand trigger button then a black menu appears instead of
the usual psp sony logoans start up tune lol.
When in the new menu, check to see if the vhs menu is enabled
some updates sort of have a default setting that has it disabled.
just go threw each one till you find it, pluggins, config etc
