If you could make a hombrew or a series of homebrew for DC, what would it be?

If you had the knowledge and the tools to make Hombrew games for Dreamcast, what would you make. (You can even think of porting/modifying an existing game)

For me, I would like to make a series of Kinnikuman wrestling games, I am not sure if it would be 16-bit 2D or basic Dreamcast style 3D, either way it would play much like Galactic Wrestling for the PS2, just simplified.
