Looks like a space shooter type game, I just found some source codes on M$'s site and I thought someone would be intrested.

Really fun game. However, online play is pretty much a must.

No idea. it MIGHT be possible with a lot of work and dedication... but the main point of that game is online play... and there isn't a lot of homebrew support for the modem.
