HaxxBlaster (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/search.php?searchid=738162) has released a new app for the PSP, heres the release details:
Now i am back again with a new program for the PSP, and yet again i have done a drawing applicaton! I am quite pleased with this version myself. But check it out!
The brushes you draw with is actually images, and you can replace with your own images!
What it currently got:

• Two Layers
• Three drawmodes (with normal)
• Effects.
• And many more stuff, check it out!
Please read the ReadMe.txt!
Note: It's a problem with brushes/images which is half transparent. If so, that pixel/pixels will turn transparent. If you press square, that's how it is going to look like when i have fixed it (Kind of, without the f-up stuff).
