Square Enix has confirmed a European release for Vita launch titleArmy Corps Of Hell.
The game casts players as the King Of Hell, tasked with reclaiming his throne by controlling a hundred-strong army of goblins with assorted classes and abilities. It sounds like Pikmin (http://www.next-gen.biz/filter/all/tags/1220), and with good reason: the developer is Entersphere, the company formed by Motoi Okamoto, writer of the Gamecube classic.
"Army Corps Of Hell is an exciting new title for us, and we're thrilled to be bringing it to the PlayStation Vita exclusively," Sarah Hoeksma, vice president of brand for Square Enix (http://www.next-gen.biz/filter/all/tags/213), said in a press release. "The team at Entersphere is creating a unique experience which will really stand out from the other titles coming to the PlayStation Vita in the launch window."
No release date was announced - no surprise, given that we're still awaiting confirmation of Vita's European launch - but Army Corps Of Hell will be released in Japan alongside Sony's PSP successor on December 17.
