czw from the M3 Adapter Forums has made a save tool for the M3.
this is what he said:

I write some litte tools
If you want import/export saves, it should be useful.
but I do not fully test.

pokemon tools for M3 (include source codes)

converter: convert old type save to new, and change target ROM
exporter: export old and new type M3 save (.dat) to general save (.sav)

i dunno. it may be easier to use. but i wouldnt know cuz i havent used it.

i dont know. i didnt name it pokemon. who knows it might be only for pokemon.
