Wow... Im Confused .. Could Use Some Help

Hey everyone,

I am as new as it gets to the whole homebrew and emulator thing on the PsP.

I see a whole bunch of different applications and games people are running on the PsP and I would like to be able to do the same, I just need help to get to that point.

So what I am asking ... is there a complete NOOBs guide to how all this homebrew and emu stuff works?

I looked around and couldn't see any posts that were stickied that explained things.
