I'm not sure if you guys ran into this but there was a leak that spread through the diffrent forums with a bunch of info that bungie was planning on a Halo based RTS game.
When I heard of Halo Wars, I tried to see if I had a link to one of the many forums where the leak was discussed. And I found this...

Unfortunately, this thread wasn't posted by the original source unlike the original one, but it contains most of the important info.
After reading through it, I'm quite confidant that the game being described is Halo Wars.
If you're a Halo fan, it's a must read.
If you can, see if you can find one of the threads posted by the original source though as I think he/she had more info and it sounded a lot more credible. I'm sure they're findable if you just copy a few sentences from the leak and google them.
Or else, ask any forum regulars at ignboards or gamespot or bungie.net if they had one of the leaks saved as a favorites.
