I have made an improved version of my tutorial, that shows the firmware being installed. It's to help people overcome there fear. Enjoy! And please post comments! :D

the link does't work it's download about 16 kb than it's says finished !!! and when i run it it's gives me corrupt message :( ...

ok, so ive already done this installation twice, but im gonna watch it anyway, it would seem the dcemu download problems are back again, will comment after ive watched

EDIT: what the hell is that file type, i cant convert it to mp4 (i have to watch on my psp as pc = rubbish)

hmm, i can't install this thing? my PSP just goes to a black screen after i select the 2.71 SE-A firmware install.

hi, im a noob. and my firmware is 2.6. im really curious about getting this 2.71 SE-A. it seems interesting, but im having doubts on upgrading my unit. could you help me decide???

oh btw, does it work on TA-082,fw2.6??? or is it gonna brick my unit???
He has a TA-082, the modchip doesn't work on it.

You can't run this on a TA-082, as you need to downgrade to 1.5, and even if you could run it in 2.71 it would brick it as it uses parts of 1.5
