here is some advice.
if you wana downgrade to 1.5 my advice is to use the tiff expoit 2.71 to 1.5 downgrader which uses the red screen.
but when you get someone to pass you the downdater files get someone with harleygsV2 installed and when you downgrade you will have harleygs installed to help unbricking just in case,
our friend splodger15 has just bricked his psp trying to get a clean firmware after the 2.71-1.5 by upgrading to 2.00 then down again. when he ran the update it bricked. this is very rare.
I have downgraded many of my friends and then cleaned there firmware and this never happened.
but there is still a possibiltity there always is.
and if you wana use apps like themepsp or x-flash u need a clean firmware.(i think)
but if he had used my method there would be a possibility to unbrick.
