I'm somewhat new to the homebrew scene so I'm making a list to see what good homebrew apps out there I am missing. Here is how this works. Post your favorite homebrew apps/games and make a short description of what the app/game does. Also, this is only for new homebrew games and not those run on emulators. Here's my example and I'll add to the list as people post them.

Portable VNC (http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=7634) - Allows you to control you computer through wifi which provides a wide variety of pranks to play on people who use your computer.:D
iR Shell (http://www.irshell.com/download/pspirshell22.zip) - multifunctional application allowing you to manipulate files in the psp, access computer files through usb or wifi, control some remote controlled devices and more.
Mytunes RSS (http://www.codewave.de/download/files/MyTunesRSS_Windows-2.2.4.zip) - technically not homebrew, but it is a program that turns your music library on your computer into an RSS feed for your psp.
KETM (http://deniska.dcemu.co.uk/bin/KETM_v08.zip) - Kill Everything That Moves. A pretty solid 2D shooter.
Rrootage
rRootage (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=1855&d=1134596167) - An awesome 2D shooter that is pretty simple but has solid gameplay and a large amount of levels to play through.
Squarez (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/files/Squarez-v0.8.1.zip) - meh, I tried to explain it, but it didn't give the game justice. Soo.. yea, just play the game it's fun.
Devhook (http://sony.justgotowned.com) - Allows you to emulate 2.71 firmware, boot backed up umd games and more.
Wifi sniffer (http://www.maxconsole.net/?mode=gotodownload&downloadid=1366) - sniffs out wifi hotspots
X-Flash (http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=6583) - You can edit your psp's flash but be warned you can potentially brick your psp.
Emulators - Play games from a lot of the old systems. Not going to post each one since they are easy to find.
Beats of Rage (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=7351&d=1151599381)- An app that can run games like x-men. I also think it can read it off of psp host. I dunno, X-men is a pretty good game though. (haven't tried any others yet)
Smash gpsp (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/files/SmashGpsp02b15.zip) - smash bros port.
SMHSuper mini halo (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=11219&d=1160925700) - cant get enuff love da mario (its sorta like it)
ThemePSP (http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=8958) - Allows you to customize your xmb menu fonts and such by writing to flash, but be warned since you are dealing with flash, you can brick your psp .
File Assistant (http://dl.qj.net/dl.php?fid=410) - Great app for manipulating files on your psp. (I assume that if u mess with Flash0 you could brick)
MinerPSP (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/attachment.php?attachmentid=5949&d=1147730263) - You control a miner who's objective is to go underground, collect, and sell valuable materials to win the love of Miss Mimi.

Click the names for a link to the download. If there is a broken link (which there probably is) please tell me. If you have a link to download the application, post it.

I didn't add fileassistant because Ir Shell can accomplish the same tasks as far as I know. Fastloader can be done by devhook, for the most part at least. psporganizer however, I could not find.

So, anyone else have any games they want to add? I'll write the explanations and links if you don't want to.

Look to www.psp-hacks.com. They have a tutorial that tells you how to set everything up.

Try one of the Look in one of the "ultimate guides to everything" or "guide to all guides" or something like that.

I'll update the master homebrew list with birdman's favorites tommorow because I am too lazy to do it now.
