By the end of 1997, the Sega Saturn had completely failed in the United States, and Japanese sales were in trouble as well. Sega knew it had to come up with a genius marketing plan to stay competitive. And there was only one man for the job: SEGATA SANSHIRO.

Segata Sanshiro must be revived. He wasn't in the Dreamcast era :(

Had heard about the adverts before but never saw them until now. That really is genius :D

I remember seeing them, they were pretty funny. He also did many game commercials which you can find over google or youtube if you guys don't know of him.
