Is it possible to have custom wallpapers/skins/themes on 1.50? If so, how do I do it?

Yes you can have custom wallpapers just use pspersonalise

Yeah, PSP Personalize should do it. However, it's not the best. I would just use the 2.SE Revision B. That way you have the best of both worlds.

You can also use PSP Theme...i do believe that is the name.

1.5 can have the best of both worlds as we can emulate 2.71 and 2.82 hopefully soon

But yes use pspersonalise

How safe is PSPersonalize? Does it write to flash?

Customizing a 1.50 psp will require you to write to the flash no matter what.

Yes it does write to the flash but if you have harley g custom firmware installed and it bricked you can recover your psp i would install harley gs custom firmware

How is Harley G's firmware different from v1.50?
Can it play homebrew/ISOs?

No iso talk

It is just a firmware with better advantages it still is 1.5 but if you ever brick your psp you can recover it

It just adds recovery mode and some other features to 1.50...Use X-Flash if you want a custom background.

A quick question: are u able to change background colors on v1.50 (like on newer versions)? When I go to the system menu there aren't any theme settings?

M!ckeY

1.50 has no theme settings, that is why you need to flash your backgrounds to it.

Quite slim if you follow instructions Carefully Here is what the backgrounds basicly need

a 24-bit Bitmap (BMP)
<= 150KB in size
<= 300x170 resolution

the only way to brick is if YOU do something wrong.
