I know about the notorious Broadband adapter (HIT-0400) and the japanese model (HIT-0401)

but what about the lan adapter? (HIT-3000)

afaik you can't use the lan adapter to play dreamcast games online (if u were living 7 years ago at least)

so what's it for? can it still be used for coding?
can the bba be used as a lan adapter (whatever purpose that served)

I'm very curious,
thanks

I use the Lan adapter for testing some of my stuff.

Also, KallistiOS has the same support for the Lan adapter that it does for the BBA, meaning you can do UDP/IP over either of them.

Lan Adapter is a 10Mbits card.
BBA is 10/100Mbits.
