Is there any shops (not online) that either install U.P chip or can replace my 2.80 board with 2.71 or below please help i cant stand another second on 2.80

I am not from the UK but I doubt it; UP is only available online last I checked, and if your PSP is a TA-082, you're SOL (Shit outta luck). I heard that the modchip doesn't work on TA-082 because of voltage differences across the motherboard.

I'm not a TA-082 and i just hate 2.80 soo much that id pay to get rid of it

UP is only available in america i think.
im waiting for a downgrader....
