View Full Version : 2.81 umd on 2.71 HEN-C?

I just bought AceCombat X for $40 and I didnt know it required 2.81! I still want to play it, but i dont know how. I tried with devhook and it wont work. Also, I tried ripping it and running it in devhook, but that didnt work either.
can I modify the iso or something to make it work?
is there a program that can run it without needing an iso?(I don't want to waste 800mb of my 4gb just to play a game.)

Well I think Booster has a Devhook that cauld run it but he hasn't released it yet. So you'll probably have to wait until he wants to release it.

Ok- It is possible
first, use HEN-C and Devhook launcher for 2.71
then use devhook .46 to emulate 2.71 using the iso of the game, then, you can just run the game like that!

It wont work with just the disk, but maybe you can change it so it does...

Oh and also, I can't get 1.5 to work with devhook .46
only 2.71. I'm gonna try .47 right now

Hell, I do wish a Device Hook 0.47 was out right now. Anyone else would like that too!

use se-b''' it loads up VCS stories which needs 2.81 or 2.82 tell me if that works
