I found on Dreamcast Development Tools Site (http://www.ludd.luth.se/~jlo/dc/) two great (I think) utilities to run games (homebrew and commercials) with 50 or 60 Hz.

TAR GZ compressed files:

50 Hz verison download (http://www.ludd.luth.se/~jlo/dc/palenforcer.tar.gz)

60 Hz verison download (http://www.ludd.luth.se/~jlo/dc/ntscenforcer.tar.gz)

Could anyone can test it (and make pics)? I dont have a burner in home :(

The compatibility with these two apps for booting games is not very good, they do work, but with very few games.

There is any solution how to change 50->60 and 60->50 Hz in homebrew bin files?

For 60->50 use this app from BlackAura:

I already tested it on DC Movie Player Test 2 and what? Player has identical movie speed like NTSC version on playback and on my PAL DCs is better to see movie in 50Hz but from second way Amanda is more playbe at NTSC (controls have quicker reactions).

Big thanks. Great tool BA. Maybe some1 can make a win32 converter for homebrews compatible with two ways.
