1:What is 2.71SE-B??? Does it have a chance to brick???

2:What is hen C?? On what firmware does it work????And does ti have a chance to brick???

2.71 SE-B = Firmware 2.71 special edition, revision B.
it allows all the features of a 2.71, plus some of the homebrew features of 1.50 on one firmware. It writes to flash, yes there is chance of brick. My guess of brick chance, same as official updater

HenC = Homnebrew Enabler, revision C. Enables hombrew to be ran from the XMB on 2.71 PSPs (not 2.71 SE, as they have HenC built in). It writes to flash, yes there is chance of brick. My guess of brick chance, less than 1%

And About SE-B are u sure is the same percentage as a normal firmware upgrade??

the updater to 2.71 SE is very safe but LET IT FINISH WITH ADAPTER PLUGGED IN JUST IN CASE!!!!!!!!!
