twisted metal multiplayer help

when i try to play infrastructure mode on twisted metal it asks for a username and password, where do i get one? and whats ping? and whats the difference between infrastructure and infrastructure LAN?

all you have to do is type in a user name and password. then it will say that it is not a current username and ask if u would like to make it one. select yes and you should be fine

mine doesnt say that it says that u have 2 go to sony online 2 make the account, help please? i dont want sony 2 know where i live...

When I log on, I can see other peoples games but when I try to get on one, It won't work.

it says:

Joining game ...
Joining game ... (game name)
Connection Pending ...

Could not join the selected game. The game may be full or invalid. Please refresh the game list and try again.
