for some reason, when i try to save state, it freezes the psp. I had to take out the battery in order to turn it on again.

This happens with all GBA games, and i tried using another emulator with a different bios, but same problem.

I even formatted my MS, and tried to put it back again yesterday, and had the same problem?

is there a way to fix this error?

hmm it usually takes about 30 seconds to save on gpsp so maybe u just dont wait long enough. but if not then i dont know the problem is. try deleting it and redownloading the gpsp emu.

It's not like 30 seconds, it's more like 5 or 4 seconds, well for me it is. Sorry to hear that Basil, i hope you can get it fixed.
