Hi i am new to the boards but i like what i see :)

i was just wondering, nearly all SEGA Megadrive or master system emulators i download are stuttery to a point where it is just unplayable.

same applies for GBA and even NES and SNES games.

is it just me or do more people become affected by this..

P.S I really want final fantasy V for advance ROM :P

perhaps you need to overclock your psp to the full 333mhz

Its said a million time that all u can do is hope pray and wait for some godly hacker to crack on 2.81 if u dun c "2.81 IS CRACKED" in teh front page or a sticky in the forums thats means there aint any possibility for this.

aleskidude are u running the latest versions of all the emulators?
GpSP(GBA emu) is full speed but it has(compat issue wit few games) if ure runin 1.5 firmware or 2.71se I dun c why it aint full speed

On firmware 1.5 at least:
Master System (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/emulators-for-psp-38365.html)
Megadrive(Genesis) (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/emulators-for-psp-33662.html)
NES (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/emulators-for-psp-21271.html)
All run games at or near 100% speed.

SNES (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/emulators-for-psp-24130.html) runs most games very well, some do slow down, especially games that had co-processors in the original cart (super-fx etc)

GBA (http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/emulators-for-psp-38421.html) is still a work in progress, but runs many games very well.

NES and Master System emulation should run perfect at default settings, snes9x and megadrive emulator you will need to mess with the emulators settings. Make sure you set the psp's cpu to 333mhz(in each emulator's settings menu), read the emulators release threads (or search the news forum for earlier version's threads which may contain useful tips)
